The Planning Commission meets the third (3rd) Tuesday of the month at 7:30 P.M., on an as needed basis to consider rezoning and comprehensive plan amendment requests. The Planning Commission is an advisory Board and makes recommendations to the Town Council for a final decision.

Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets the third (3rd) Monday of the month at 7:30 P.M., on an as needed basis to consider Special Exceptions, Variances and Yard Modification requests. Their decisions are final, but appeals can be made to the Town Council.

Economic Development Task Force

The Citizens Advisory Task Force meets if the Town considers applying for an Community Development Block Grant. The Task Force considers the options for the grant application and makes a recommendation to the Town Council.
